The project, located in Austria, utilizes Cosber’s Hydrogen Power Cube (HPC) to complement an existing photovoltaic system, ensuring that a greater share of solar energy can be consumed directly within the building rather than being fed into the public grid. The system incorporates two storage technologies: short-term battery storage allows electricity generated during the day to be used at night, while hydrogen-based storage enables energy to be transferred from summer to winter, helping to reduce reliance on fossil fuels during the colder months.
